By creating an account or using SafeLog, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The service
SafeLog provides anti-detect browser software, profile management tools, wallet-based billing, and related website services. Features may vary by plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt abuse, or threaten platform security.
3. Acceptable use
- Use SafeLog only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems or other users.
- Do not use SafeLog to commit fraud, spam, or other illegal activity. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules (for example social networks, marketplaces, and freelancing sites).
4. Plans, wallet, and payments
- Plans may be purchased with wallet balance after funding.
- Refunds for top-ups and plan fees are handled under our Return & Refund Policy (including request, review, and payout timeframes). Where that policy does not allow a refund, charges remain non-refundable except where required by law.
- Profile limits and features depend on your active plan.
5. Software and downloads
Desktop and mobile clients are licensed for your personal or internal business use while your account is in good standing. You may not resell or redistribute SafeLog software without permission.
6. Intellectual property
SafeLog branding, software, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create in your own profiles and accounts on third-party platforms.
7. Disclaimers
SafeLog is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every website will accept every profile configuration, or that results are free from detection by third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or account bans on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using SafeLog at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for risk to the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
